    Hello,

    can you tell me if the following is correct?:

    "The managers would come only 2 or three days a week. So the employees organised meetings when the managers would be there."

    "The managers would come only 2 or three days a week. So the employees organised a meeting when the managers would be there."

    Yes, the verb tense is the same. Another example:

    "The managers are there only 2 or three days a week. So the employees organize meetings when the managers are there."
