Essentially it means that the changes in the girls, behaviour, dress, etc. are the result of the speaker's influnce on her. She changed because of him.

OK, I see, its something like "she changed because of me" but is it something natural or pushed down her throat???
And "Shes Under My Thumb" means that "Im the boss and she does everything I say"?

#1 It can be entirely natural. When someone falls in love with another person, the instinct is to follow their lead and to be like them.

#2 Essentially yes - I have the upper hand and you cannot resist.

"forced down her throat" is the idiomatic expression.
