    Do you agreed less 2% allowance discount (total : USDxxx) to the customer of xxx?

    What do you mean to say here?

    Do you mean to say something like:

    Did you agree to give this customer a 2% discount?
    or
    Did you tell this customer you would give them a 2% discount?
