    about ... "even just"

    Hi,

I'm a professional software developer, and I need and like so much to study using books in English language ... I study alone and sometimes I have any questions ...

How often I have found the expression "even just", and after of to search .. I can't understand the correctly application of this expression.

    for instance:

"... To process that form data, either to save it to a file or database or even just to use it generate the response page, you need another application ..."

    Thanks,

    Welcome to the forums.

"or even just" in this context means "or, as well as the previous actions, merely use it...."

    [NOT A TEACHER]

In portuguese, "or even just" means "ou até mesmo".

Para aprender a programar, um developer precisa entender de lógica de programação, isso vale para grandes projetos ou até mesmo um "hello world".

To be a developer, it's needed to understand logic programming, it shall work with big projects or even just a "hello world".

    please, teachers, proofread this.

    Thanks

    Can't proofread the Portuguese.

To be a software developer/programmer, it is necessary to understand programming logic in order to work on big projects or even just a "hello world".

Is my sentence (in English) wrong, bad-spelling?

    Thanks.

    hi,
I don't understand this sentence at all.
I'd like to start with "... to use it generate...".
Isn't a "to" missing before "generate"?
    thanks.
