the meaning of enter and right man

Hi, these my two questions, thanks for your help.

    1. We've been informed that you obtained a copy of the surveillance tape entered as evidence in the Lincoln Burrows trial. What does " enter " mean in this sentence?

    2. The prosecution made its case far beyond any reasonable doubt, and we know that we have the right man. What does " right man " mean in this sentence?

    (Script's from Prison Break 01x03)
    V - Have a good smoke?
    P - I don't smoke.
    - Didn't mean to startle you.
    - Special Agent Kellerman, Secret Service.
    - We've been informed that you obtained a copy of the surveillance tape entered as evidence in the Lincoln Burrows trial.
V - Is there a problem with that?
    P - We're just following up.
V - Has there been some amendment to the Freedom of Information Act
    - that I'm not aware of?
P - You know, when a prisoner gets
    - close to the end of his time on Death Row,
    - there's a lot of last-minute sec...
    V - I'm sorry, I still don't understand
    - why this would be a problem for the Secret Service.
    P - It's not.
    - The prosecution made its case far beyond any reasonable doubt, and we know that we have the right man.
    - That being said,
    - if you come across anything that could shed some light on his innocence,
    - I'm offering my help.
    V - Sounds great.
    - I really appreciate you coming by.
    - Do you have a card, Agent Kellerman?
    P - Of course.
    - Don't hesitate to call.
    V - Thanks.

Thanks and have a nice day!

'enter/entered' in a legal context means, officially present/submit/offer to the court.

'right man' - the 'one who did it' - the one who committed the crime

    Xinlai-Ue,

I am curious! Where are you obtaining the transcripts of "Prison Break"? Are you typing them from the TV screen as you view the show or are you finding them online?

    Inquiring minds want to know!

    Hi,amigos4,

It's good to see you here.
Mmm, of course, I like this show at frist, like you were saying, Michael is really a smart man, I like it when he can keep calm and facing the problem at the most dangerous moment evey time... and Sarah, I like her, but I think she's too innocent, in Season 3 , she died, which is the main reason that I won't watching this show, I mean, Season 3, anymore. She gets involved in this whole thing just 'cause she's in love with Michael, and she didn't do anything wrong, she.... Of course, I know Sarah Wayne Callies won't attend this show because there're some personal factors. Anyway, I think I perfer to enjoy Season 1 and 2, but, may be I guess I can accept 3 sooner or later.

This is my frist reason, but the most important reason is that I learn this show to improve my English, this is the main, main, main....reason, becuse I'm gonna take part in TOEFL exam, and in my opinion, I think watching movies is the right and most effective way without going to America right now. I like watching American TV show, which is really exciting and attracts a whole lot attention to me.

I'm watching Lost 2 right now, that's dope!!! Jack, Kate, Sawyer, and Lock....I like American show!!!
