    Meanings for these?

I need help with the three below, what are their meanings?

'A stitch in time saves nine,'
'A burnt child dreads the fire,'
'A chain is no stronger than its weakest link,'

    Thanks!

'A stitch in time saves nine,'= do not postpone things you you can manage today/right now

'A burnt child dreads the fire,'=One does not repeat a painful lesson twice

'A chain is no stronger than its weakest link,'=No matter how strong someone or something is strong, it is always limited by its weakest attribute
