    Correct my grammar please

As per Amy confirmation today, we noted the remaining quantity 441 pcs of HB341 is allowed switch to factory B. In order to fulfill the shipment before 10 April, we would like to use the label to revise the PO no. from *** to *** for these 200 boxes on the shipping marks. Please confirm your acceptance by return email

    Re: Correct my grammar please

As per Amy's confirmation today the remaining quantity 441 pcs of HB341 is being switched to factory B. In order to fulfill the shipment before 10 April, we would like to use the label to revise the PO no. from xxx to xxx for these 200 boxes on the shipping manifest(???). Please confirm your agreement by return email

I am not sure what you meant by 'marks' and have guessed 'manifest' - you should check this is what you meant.
