    Close-value

    Hi, is it possibly to clarify the meaning of "close-value" without futher context?

    You have hyphenated the word...

    so, no.

    If not hyphenated, I would speculate that this is a real estate term, referring to, 'forget the (exorbitant) asking price, what was the value of the property finally pegged at when the sale was closed
