    When you quote a book or a movie, can I add quotaion marks? For example,

    The movie " Gone with the Wind" is the best movie I have ever seen.

    or
    can I underline?

    The movie Gone with the Wind is the ... or

    The movie ' Gone with the Wind' is the ...

    Which one is correct?
