    Does the text sound understandable?

    Hello everyone

I'd like to ask if the following text sounds understandable.

The further analysis of obtained data was conducted by summarizing and systematizing opinions expressed by respondents. During analysis it was important to determine factors in the working environment that determine a set of basic professional skills specific for employees from different department. Deeper peculiarities of the professional activity of specialists from different departments were not studied since they related directly to technical competencies, development of which is possible only at professional courses.

The phrase "that determine a set of basic professional skills" relates to "factors."

    "They" relates to "Deeper peculiarities."
