Post Please correct the following sentences

Duty Schedules should be followed accordingly.
The duty should be commenced at 5.55pm in the evening through to 7.50am the following day.
Main gate should be locked immediately when all staffs are left office.
Once the gate is closed in the evening, do not open the gate without any solid reasons.
In case any staff requests you to open the gate after the regular hours, you should ask them to contact Mr. Henry first.
If any staff required to do work in the day time on Saturday or Sunday or any public holidays, you should give them access.
No staff, staff’s family members, friends or guests are not allowed to come to office premises in the night time unless prior approval.
In case of any emergency, please call on 11xxxxx
