    Is the second sentence correct?

    Hello everyone

I'd like to ask if the second sentence in the following context is written correctly.

The second parameter reflectsthe nature of interaction between the employee and internal/external clients. Depending on whose interests the specialistís attention should be focused (on his/her own or partnerís) the interaction is built based on internal or external references.

If this is part of a contract or legal document, I think you'll have to respect the his/her business:
