    Is this sentence correct ?

    We would like to order 4200 pcs of iPod connectors; 4000 pcs for POxxx, and 200 pcs are 5% add spare, please confirm

    As a Brit, but not a teacher, I would have said:

    We would like to order 4200 iPod connectors; 4000 are for POxxx, with the remaining 200 (5%) as spares. Please confirm.
