Will: Greater degree of certainity, eg. I will do it. (I am sure to do it.)

Would: Lesser degree of certainity, eg. I would do it. (I may or may not do it.)

    Re: Will and would?

    Mainly two different tenses:

    will+infinitive= future

    would+infinitive= conditional
