    TV presenter

The body of grieving TV presenter Mark Speight may have lain undiscovered at Paddington Station for up to six days, police sources said today.
    Hi,

TV presenter = TV host / hostess? Is " presenter " used in the U.K. typically?

    Thanks in advance.

As a Brit: Yes, TV presenter = TV host / hostess and " presenter " is used in the U.K. regularly.
