    Is the following sentence correct in terms of tense?

    Hong Kong is( or was??) the best city I have ever travelled.

    The tense depends on whether you are talking in the present or about the past.

    Hong Kong is the best city I have ever travelled to/visited

    Hong Kong was the best city I ever travelled to/visited.
