    Could you please advise me on the following?
    Are all the sentences correct?

    The apple which is on the table is not for you.
    The apple that is on the table is not for you.

    I remember the sentence which I said.
    I remember the sentence that I said.

    These are the correct ones?
    But Why?? Do you know when to use 'that' and when to use 'which'?

    I suppose I know when to use 'that' and when to use 'which'.
    I think I can use 'that' and also 'which' in the sentences above, can't I ?

    Not in the form in which you have written them.

    The apple, which was on the table, was a Red Delicious.
    The apple that is on the table is not for you.

    I remember the sentence that I said.
    I remember which sentence I said.
