    Our report has mentioned the inspection schedule for May 07 for this order, which was sent on April 08. You may check the status on it. I'm sorry to sent this report by non-stable which to make you overlooked

    Ok - I think both terms are wrong for what you are aiming to tell your customer.

    I would just apologise for the error, and not try to explain it.
