Is there an established rule for order of signatures on a business letter for two people to sign the letter. Both titles are equal.
I have been using alphabetically by last name to determine first name on letter.
It will settle discussion if there is a set rule. Can you help?

Not really. The signatures can be place on the same line:
Finance Director Sales Director
Or one over the other:
I think your alphabetic order method is as good as any.
