Acknowledgement of the sources I use

    Hi,

If I use some info. from the Internet, I'd like to acknowledge the sources. How should I say properly?

I acknowledge hereby the info. below is from ABC. com

Is the sentence above in blue okay? Any better expressions?

I think the 'I hereby...' sounds a bit excessive for most purposes. You could just say:
Source: name of site (+ date of access)

What's the context? Here's a guide for citing online sources for academic papers: ONLINE! Citation Styles: Index

    Hi Tdol,

Thanks for your response. No context now. Sometimes I quote a large paragraphy in my post. And I'd like to point out it that isn't my opinion and offer relevant source for people to trace.
