    please correct my sentence

Billy is required to change the meeting time from 11:00 to 15:00, but keep the date on 21 April. Please advise me if this time is not suitable for you.

This is perfectly all right the way it is. If you want to change it, you could perhaps say:

It is necessary for Billy to change the time of the meeting from 11:00 to 15:00. There will be no change to the date, which remains 21 April. Please advise me if this new time is not suitable for you.

    Hi RedMtl,

    How about this revision :
Billy is required to change the meeting (time) from 11:00 to 15:30, which remains 21 April. Please advise me if this new time does not suit for you

    Regards,
    Zoe
