    Use of infinitive

    "I helped him do it" or "I helped him to do it" Are both forms correct?

    Yes, Marconi, both are possible to be told!

    E.g.

    I would help my dad deal with the pain he got
    Or
    I would help my day to deal with the pain... .

    Not a teacher.
