    Comma

    Consider the following sentence:

My 100,000 dollars share is to be split among my brother, my wife, and my son.

What difference would it make to ommit the and before "my son" ?:

My 100,000 dollars share is to be split among my brother, my wife, my son.

    Re: Comma

My 100,000 dollars share is to be split among my brother, my wife, and my son.

When you are giving a list like this, the last item is always preceded by 'and'

My 100,000 dollars share is to be divided equally among my brother, my wife, and my son.
