    About Study

    sir , i am new user from india. i am trying to study spoken english more than 14 years,but i couldn't speak fluently. can i speak like native speakers. bY pkalbas.

    Most learners do not get to the stage where they cannot be distinguished from native speakers, but is there any real need to do so? If you take every opportunity to practise and listen as well, and anlyse the speech around you, it is within everyone grasp to reach a reasonable level of fluency. If you can use your English in all situations where it is required, then isn't that proof of successful learning?
