    Without considering either or neither?

    Hi guys,
    Should I say: "this was done withoiut considering either (or NEITHER) the causes or (or NOR) the effects" ?

    as:
    - this was done without considering either the causes or the effects.

    or:
    - this was done considering neither the causes nor the effects
