    We did reply the email to Annie. Do you remember it ? Please find the email for your memory.

    It's not very clear, as opposed to impolite.

    Try this:

    We did reply to Annie's e-mail. If you did not receive the reply, we will send it again.

    "Please find the e-mail for your memory" is not a clear sentence. If you really wish to say something like this, may I suggest: "Please re-read the previously sent e-mail in order to refresh your memory. The details were all contained therein."
