    I am afraid not.

convene means "call people together", usually for a meeting.

Please ensure your part of the objective report is an incomplete sentence, and there is nothing in Zoe's original to indicate that only a part of this report is asked for.

"before lunch" is too loose a term. A specific time is better in this context.

    ms. anglika,

i thought it might be an audit meeting, hence used as convene.
zoe to answer whether it is a meeting or auditing of files/documents etc.
please ensure your part of objective report.... into my perception it is a report of an individual.

specific time.... thank you for the suggestion.

if it is a meeting is my sentence is correct??

    Re: is this sentence correct?

No, I'm sorry -- You wrote "We would like to convene that the ISO audit..."

If this were a meeting, then "We would like to convene the ISO audit team" would be okay, as would "We would like to convene for [the purpose of] the ISO audit.

It is still an incomplete sentence.

"Please ensure you submit your part of the objective report"; "Please ensure that you completeyour part of the objective report"; "Please ensure
your part of the objective report is ready " are all complete sentences.

specific time.... thank you for the suggestion.

if it is a meeting is my sentence is correct?? Barb has answered this.

You cannot use convene + "is"

"We would like to convene the ISO audit on Tuesday" - but it is an odd phrasing, and not one I would expect to meet, unless there is a group of individuals carrying out the audit.
