    Dear Mrs. xxx (her name),

Thank you for your quick response.

I am writing to inform you about my interest in the course 10.10.-25.10.2008. Moreover, I would like to know more details about possible payments and accommodation. Could you please send me your latest catalogue along with a pricelist? Do you provide accommodation close to your academy? If not, can you mediate any?

    Thank you

I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.

    Yours sincerely

    xxx

    Re: email to

    Two points:

You would not ask a university or a college for their "catalogue" [a book with a list of all the goods that you can buy from a shop], but for their "brochure" [a type of small magazine that contains pictures and information about an organization] or their "prospectus".

With reference to the accommodation, you would not use "mediate", but "suggest".

Thank you both you are to king....
I have another question if you can help me please.
I wrote a complaint letter and I just wonder if you can check if it is all ok..
    again thank you

    Dear sir
I m writing this letter to complaint in the strongest terms about the poor quality of yourt HI FI player that I bouth 8 days ago in Ljubiana city.
On 27 of April, I bought a Arcam CD37 CD/SACD player at Media park in London city.
Unfortunately, your product has not performed well because the player doesn't make any sound at all after one hour working properly.
I am disappointed because the product does not work properly, even it was perfectly working in a shop were the product was bought.
To resolve the problem, I would appreciate your quik appliance by post.
Enclosed are copies of my records .

I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem.
    Sincerely,

    xxx

    Re: email to

I would like to help you with your letter. But I'm a bit confused about the first paragraph. Where did you buy the player you want to complain about?
Ljubiana or London? That's not quite clear to me.
