    Post Work out

    yestarday when I was talking to someone I asked if she goes out for moring walk. In response she said to me " I usually work out". Please explain what does work out mean here and if it has any meaning? Thanks in advance.

    1. Yes, you can.
    In those contexts below, however,

    2.When something works out, it goes well.
    3.When you work something out, you mange to understand it.
