    Hi,

    could you please tell me whether the following sentence is correct:

    In my capacity as the single member of the company, I decide that the reserve fund will be fully (i.e. the amount of EUR 1,000) used to cover the loss from previous years.

    Hi Hanka,

    In my capacity as the sole member of the company, I have decided that the reserve fund (amounting to 1,000)will be used to cover the losses from previous years.

    As the sole member of this company, I chose to use a reserve fund (of €1,000) to cover losses from the previous years.
