Please help me in writing this mail!!!!

I am working in a Hotel and i am handling Reservation and secretarial works.

i want to ask my manager in a polite way to handle the reservation tasks only because i am over loaded.

Could you please help me in writing this mail.

    Can I say:

    Dear Sir,

Actually, I am over-loaded, and i kindly ask you to handle the reservation tasks only.

    Awaiting for your prompt reply.

    Thanks a million in advance.
