Could is more formal and polite in questions like:
Could you do it? Do you think you could do it?

what is the differenc between these two sentences?
    and also these two sentences...!

why will she go to school?=A prediction, a promise, an expectation, an impulsive descision, or a strong intention.

Why would she go to school? It denotes uncertainty. "Would" describe something that might be. Have a look at these links too.

    I couldn't do this...past tense tense...! correct

Yes, sometimes, could is the past tense of can, especialy with:
see, taste, feel, understand, hear, remember.
For general ability in the past we use could
My grandmother could speak five languages.

But when talking what happened in a particular situation
we use "was/were able" or "managed to" not "could".
The negative "could not" is possible in all situations. See your examples.

We also use "could" for making syggestions. In this case "could" is less sure than "can".

Most often we use "could have done" for things which were possible but did not happen.
He's lucky. He could have hurt himself.
correct me, if I am wrong then please tell me past tense of above sentence..!
