When you arrive from a journey, you come. When you leave a place by making a journey, you go.

Thanks for the reply. How about "I want to come to your place." or "I will come there." Are they correct? A bit confusing.

    Re: come or go?

The first expresses your desire. The second expresses certainty.

Oh, I'm sorry to confuse you, too. I should have given a different example. I didn't make myself clear.

Which is correct? Or are these both correct? What's the difference?

    "I want to go there."
    "I want to come there."

    Thanks.

What's the difference? "come here" "go there"

    "I want to go there."
    "I want to come there."

    Thanks.
