    'If you talk the talk, you have to walk the walk'?

    It means if you promise or preach something you should make it reality and follow through with action. Otherwise don't make any empty promises.

    A shortened version of this saying might be:
    Talk the walk.

    The expression was coined by Keith Bulluck
