Our customer required the Ocean bill of lading, but not bill of lading [?? what's the difference] , which meant we only received a copy of the document to present to the bank. Therefore, we are unable to fulfill your requirement to include this document in our letter of credit. Please understand. We agree to delete point 3 below for the cargo receipt date to be treated as the shipment date.

    Re: please correct me

Hi - I think you misunderstood. It is not clear what the first "it" refers to. It could be either the letter of credit or the document that should have accompanied the letter of credit, or both of them

The second "it" will presumably be the same item as the first.

    Re: please correct me

    Hi Anglika,

    Yes, I got it.

That mean the sentence is : We will send Letter of credit to our bank tomorrow and expect you will receive the document on the next day. If you have any problem please contact us again.

    Am I correct?

    Regards
    Zoe
