    indirect questions

    I've read that in indirect questions we say, for example: "Do you know who she is?" Can't we say: "Do you know who is she?"

    Do you know who is she? is correct.

    That's certainly not standard English. "Do you know who she is?" is standard English.

    I do agree with 2006.
    "Do you know who is she?"
    "Do you know who she is?"
