    Informed Professionalism

    What does it mean by:
    (1)"informed professionalism"
    (2) "education convergence"
    in education context?

    Really, it would help if you gave us the context for these phrases.

    Without context: Informed professionalism = someone acts in a highly professional manner on the basis of his/her deep and wide-ranging knowledge.

    "Education convergence" = there is a growing gap in levels and types of education within a society.
