    i would like to know if this sentence is an australian idiom: "even if the sun is too hot" and its meaning thanks

    Where have you read this that you think it is an idiom?
    Whilst it might well be often said in Australia, it is as common a straightforward statement as "if it doesn't snow' in the UK.

    The only possibility I can think of is that it's a piece of Aussie humour, the idea being, 'it's always damn hot!' Down Under.
