    Re: Tense please

    What is Amy doing?
    a) She is asking someone to give her the new order:
Amy is asking for the new order
    b) Someone is asking her to give him/her the new order
Amy is being asked for the new order
    c) In reported speech, as you would read in a novel. The author tells when someone asks her for the order
"Amy is asked for the order."

The 1st sentence is correct tensewise but when you are asking for something, the verb 'ask' must be followed by preposition 'for'. The complete sentence will be:
    1. Army is asking for the new order.
