Like they say, In order to get experience, you have to start some place.It is not a good idea to include that in your resume. It can't help. It will only emphasize your lack of experience.

One more thing, should i mention list of courses i have taken in cover letter since i have already mentioned it in my Resume. Instead, i was thinking about adding one paragraph, talking about my accounting experience(which i do not have except for the courses) or you know something that relates to being an accountant. You think you can help me with that.

The cover letter is basically for introducing yourself. List the courses you have taken in your resume.
