Hello,
Usually before setting up a meeting, I specify a time slot and ask others if they are fine with it. If not I ask them to suggest an alternate time.
e.g.
[
Shall we have our meeting tomorrow from 11:30AM to 1PM? If this time is not convenient to you, please suggest an alternate time.
]
But I have this confusion between "alternate time" and "alternative time".
I googled and found that both "alternate time" and "alternative time" seem to be in vogue. I would like to hear the opinion of the experts here.
Thanks,
Gopi
