    Re: voice

    dubbing artist
    dubbing speaker

    voice actor / artist

It seems that there is a difference between voice and dubbing but I'm not familiar with this field.

    Re: voice

Someone who is dubbing is doing the translated dialogue in their own language for a film originally produced in another language.

Someone who is a voice actor is doing an original dialogue in their own language.

    Re: voice

I must admit I hadn't met the term "voice actor" before. On film credits I'm used to seeing the phrase 'the voice of N', or 'N was voiced by'.

    PS

I just noticed this. There is such a word, but a vocalist doesn't do this job. A vocalist is a member of a group, who usually isn't the 'lead singer'. For example, Jack Bruce was the lead singer of Cream, with backing vocals supplied by Eric Clapton; Clapton is probably more noted as a guitarist, but he is also a vocalist. Ringo Starr was also a vocalist with the Beatles, but when in later life he read for the TV series and films about Thomas the Tank Engine - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia he wasn't a vocalist.
