how to stay out of shape

If you find any problems in the following sentences, can I have your comments?

To stay out of shape or to become easily fat,

You should not move after you eat a lot of fatty foods. Just stay on the sofa.

    Try,

If you want to stay out of shape and become fat quickly, by all means don't do any kind of exercise after eating fatty foods. Remember to lie on the sofa and, above all, try not to move a muscle. Your body will be nice and fat in no time.

You can stay out of shape with very little effort. Just sit in front of the computer all day.
