    Fall(s) of civilization(s)

I have a question related to "the fall of civilization". Should it be "the falls of civilisations", "the fall of civilisations" or "the fall of civilisation"?

What is your context? It will be either "fall of civilizations" or "fall of civilization" [the collapse of....] but not "falls".
