    a 'DI' metric

    hi there,

What can it mean: a 'DI' metric? I've found this phrase in a sentence:

"Retailers have increasingly added a 'DI' metric."

These are an American's (US) words.

There's no big context with it, so... My guess is "do it", so it would mean something like "Retailers have increasingly been doing sth sth alone" (i.e. tasks reserved for producents/suppliers as yet).

    Is that so????

Thanks in advance for your help!
