If you ring up, or enquire on the Net about say, car insurance, different companies will give you a figure, which is the amount of the premium they would charge to insure your particular car, with you as the nominated driver, for a year. Each company is quoting you a premium - you were given various quotes.
'quote' means to give someone the estimated cost of a job so much of the sentence is redundant:
'...factors, there'll be a different price that you get quoted plus you can buy...'
'...factors, quotes will vary, plus you can buy...
