    is this sentence correct?

    Iím Ruby Chan and in charge of finance department, which is same name as our marketing manager Ruby Cheung, but difference with the surname.

    I'm Ruby Chan,incharge of finance department.Mr.Ruby Cheung is our marketing manager.
    The difference is the surname.

    My two cents:

    I am Ruby Chan and I am in charge of the Finance department, whereas Ruby Cheung is the Market manager. Even thogh we share the same name, please mind the different surname.

    I am not a teacher, but I suggest you to avoid contrations on formal writing.
    But things are changing, or so I have read, and some people say:

    “Unless you’re writing an ultraformal academic paper…don’t strain to avoid contractions.”
