    Is the sentence understandable?

    Hello everyone

I'd like to ask if the following sentence is understandable for English speakers:

Costs for remuneration of labor of the production personnel are calculated taking into account the number of employees and the growth in wages.

Расходы на оплату труда производственного персонала рассчитываются с учётом...

In other words, the phrase "Costs for remuneration of labor of the production personnel" means wages for the employees, i.e. the employees work (labor of the production personnel) and the Company pays them money, i.e. the Company incurs costs.

I have made a few amendments to your translation.
I omitted the definite article on purpose before "number of employees" and "salary increase" considering these two notions in general.
Costs for labour remuneration of the production personnel are calculated taking into account number of employees and salary increase.

    All the best,
    Mariya

When calculating the costs for employee wages/remuneration, the number of employees and the increase in wages are taken into account.
