    May I have the update status for Jeanís goods? Did he receive all already? Please confirm.

    Sorry to inform you that, due to the factory mishandled, the parts was sent some / a little bit late in last Saturday by Fedex, and expected arrived to France on about 05 June. Please find the attached document for your reference.
