Find someone to speak with. It's the only way.

There is no limit to perfection, and grammar is no exception.

I am an engineer and I know (some) English grammar, but I want to speak English well and fast. What should I do?

You need a little bit more of practice, but you are in the right way.
Read English books: read some words first time to understand them and then read aloud. Watch movies in English and repeat words and sentences.
Speaking English in a mental process and it takes time and practice to get into it.

    I hope it helps.

Shouldn't that be 'on the right track'.
